These Terms of Service apply to mobile applications developed and published by Taylor Global, including BJ BS - Basic Strategy Trainer, Grocery Guide, Carter's Cookie Clicker, and Grocery Genius.

Carter's Cookie Clicker uses Google Play Games Services for features such as achievements, leaderboards, and cloud saves. Those features require Google account participation and remain subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Terms.

Some apps may offer optional in-app purchases now or in the future. Transactions are handled by Google Play and are governed by Google Play billing terms and refund policies.
